Great product, but with reservations
I get a lot of static sometimes, and other times the reception is wonderful. Apparently, there are way more radio stations around here than I had noticed, and it seems to be worse at night. Also, I got one for my husband to use while driving up and down I-5 from northern to southern California, thinking he should at least have great reception in the middle of nowhere, and he can't even find any consistent dead air on the freeway in the middle of nowhere. The price is a bargain, and the concept of the product is great, but ultimately it is just not practical and the only real solution is to get a new receiver or modify your existing one to allow for plugging in your ipod. However, I do get great reception in my home, and it sure beats looking all over the house for my CD's. I really think using it for home or office or wherever you are not changing your location all the time, like in a car, is a great application for this product.

The itrip is easy to use just plug in select a station and play. Reception on the radio was crisp and clear. I would highly recommend this.

dont waste your money
It works however its impossible to listen to due to allt he static.... aftr I had this for about a week I purchased a monster adapter because the wireless one is a piece... I highly suggest that brand.

Broadcast quality is poor. Volume levels are low. Serves it's purpose but if you are looking for something in the car I would recomend another product.

i Trip transmitter
The i Trip transmitter did not work in my 2000 ford crown vic. Needs to go down to 87.9 . It doesn't.

Great deal on transmitter
I ordered two - one white and one black. Funny, they were slightly different models, the black was was thicker. Both worked as expected. Great deal on refurbished vs. paying $50 for a new one.

Itrip
Mine doesn't work. I'm getting ready to send it back and ask if they'll replace it with another one. I had several people try it, just to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. It just never powers up/turns on. I'm sure that Overstock will be good about my exchange, so I'm not worried. It's a great bargain, and I can't wait to be able to listen to my iPod in my car.

Great Value!
A friend bought this same exact product from a retail store for over $50. I got the same thing for way less! Great buy! Works great in my car and other radios. Sometimes depends on what vehicle you drive to depend where to place it while listening.

get this if you have an iPod
This item is great it came in like 2 days and works fantastic. You have to put it in the right spot in your car to clear up the static but once you find that special spot the music sounds great. You can pick any station you want it to play on so you can keep the signal clear. Overstock is pretty great when I buy from them.
