This was so simple to set up, and the Smart Scan feature is great so you don't have to sit there and try to find clear stations. The sound is pretty crisp - not as good as a CD, but still very good. I liked this one better than the Belkin tunebase system - it also seems to be made better. I have owned two Belkin transmitters before, and both of them broke where the transmitter plugs in to the cigarette lighter. No problems though with the Griffin. Highly recommended.

The connection into the selection pad was damaged within the first couple of uses. Too bad, it could've been a great design if it worked without fraying.

I purchased this item a few months ago after receiving an iPod Touch for my birthday and it works like a charm! I live in rural Pennsylvania so I was afraid that I was going to have issues with the quality of sound that I would get when using the iTrip but I was quite surprised at how crisp and clear the sound was when using it! I would definitely recommend this product. It is well worth the price!

I really like this Griffin FM transmitter for my ipod. What is really nice about it is if you are losing the FM station you are on, the next one available has already been scanned and just waiting for you to switch, you don't have to wait for another scan. The stations seem to lock in good on this transmitter without bleed through until they are no longer where you can use them. The price was great. I had purchased a Belkin, first and it had a lot of bleed over and lost the FM channels quickly. It cost twice as much as the Griffin. I returned the Belkin, and would recommend the Griffin itrip auto transmitter if you are looking for a really great product.

I was very uneasy about buying another adapter to use my Ipod in my car. I purchased similar ones that was no good. This one works very well. I even talked my co-worker into buying one. You can't beat the price and believe me I shopped everywhere for the same model and Overstock had it for much cheaper. Shipping was fast and cheap, received it in two days. Plenty of channels to choose from, good sound and quality. Buy It.

For the past few years I haven't had any luck with FM Transmitters for the iPod, but this one works great. Very easy to find a station and audio comes through loud and clear with no interference (even in the SF Metro area where it seems the FM dial is full). It's nice to be able to llsten to my podcasts and audiobooks again.

I recently purchased an IPOD and I am technologically challenged, but this was very easy to use and had great reception. I really liked the fact that you can program 3 stations. Great buy, I would highly recommend it.

Got this to play my ipod touch in the car. It works great in rural/country areas but gets some interference with other FM channels in the city. For the price I am ok with it for now until I can get a new car that has the adapter built in.

I really like that it automatically found unused frequencies and that it allows you to 'preset' the frequency that you want to use. The clarity of the signal is acceptable, but not as clear as directly from the iPod. I have owned another gadget which claimed to do the same, but it never worked. I am seriously considering buying a second one for my wife.

WORKS GREAT. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. COULD OF BEEN CHEAPER IN MY EYES FOR WHAT IT IS. BUT IT WORKS REALLY WELL.

This product is easy to use, it's compact and that's what I like, but as far as audio portion - it's okay, not so clear. Some parts of the city I drive in, the thing catches a different station and you're hearing your music and someone else's music at the same time. You can change the transmitter to a different channel but it can get annoying, especially when you're the one driving and having to multi-task on the road - it's dangerous too. Since I bought it, I probably only used it about less than 5 times. The audio quality could be better.

Very simple to use. Easily hides in the center consule. Gives good reception and has strong enough transmission to override weaker FM stations. The auto find feature is great when traveling. Used it for a few weeks and I'm still happy with my choice.
