I agree with the other reviewer who had a sturdier product before. This is much too soft to be of use because my cord is stiff enough to be stronger than the silicone! Plus the middle is so narrow, it doesn't actually make a great deal of difference in length per "wrap" - meaning I have to double it over itself like a spool of thread, which my cord doesn't like much. I think if the item were actually made of plastic and quite a bit larger it would be useful, but as it is, I have only one very flimsy headset with a short cord that this actually holds in place. Pass on this one and use a piece of cardboard instead for a better result.

This item looked like a similar device I purchased years ago and used until it no longer held an ipod cord securely in place. Unfortunately, this replacement item is so pliable that it easily pulls or falls off the cord, making it many times less efficient than the replaced device I tossed out when I purchased the new one. Bottom line, the product is inexpensive but poorly designed to keep an ipod cord locked in place so one is not always having to untangle ear bud cords. I'll continue to shop for a better alternative for cord management.

It's a great gadget to keep the earphone wires in one place instead of all over the place.

I thought it would be a little more durable I think it's just a cheap piece of rubber I wouldn't spend money on it again actually just stick with the apple ipod version!

It's a little on the flimsy side and I think it's too pliable. You can't wrap up the entire length of the cord because there's not enough room to do it, but it will wrap enough so that you don't have wires hanging all over. It's decent enough and it achieves its purpose.

This little gizzmo keeps your ipod cord located out of the way. Works great with the crystal clear ipod case. It is lightweight and convenient.
