I bought this for my new IPod Nano and it works wonderfully. The speakers are good quality - no crackling, buzzing, etc. I was a bit skeptical when i got the speakers because of their size, but they're great.

awsome deal for charging and listening to your ipod! little speakers do put out some thump for there size but do not drop it is plastic and light and one fall could end it's life! for the price you can't beat it!

I like that I can plug my ipod into speakers now. It charges the battery too which is great so I don't have to plug to a computer anymore. The sound is loud for a little machine but there is no bass or settings like that. Good for when I can't use headphones. I saw similar products for the same price and I gotta say I am disappointed with this one. No remote and no clock either.

I already own an iPod Speaker dock- by Sonic Impact- but had to leave it in Iraq when I was medevac'd. I purchased these speakers (iPod Speaker Dock with Carrying Case) as a alternative replacement and they only made me appreciate the speakers I already have even more!!! To be honest, the sound range and response- on AC and battery power- is tinny and poor. I use Bose in-ear headphones for my iPod(s) so perhaps I am spoiled, but I'm now curious what to do with these speakers and am not sure if I will keep them around or if they will- unfortunately- find their way in the circular file. (Giving them away would be preferred, but I don't know that I'd want someone else to suffer quality. Honest!)

I purchased this item for my office. Great sound and great quality. Small enough to fit in the bottom of my computer desk, yet it gives enough sound for me to listen to my IPOD clearly. Great buy, I'd strongly recommend.

Very handy and easy to use. Both power cord and battery operated. Purchased to take on vacation but have used it in the back yard, at the beach, in the garage and on our golf cart while playing golf. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Visually it's good, audio quality is nice, about as loud as should be. I enjoy this product for the price I paid and would recommend it.

I got this so my son could listen to my iPod at night while charging it. It works great for that. It's not a whole house speaker, but works fine for one room. I haven't tried to turn it up too loud. Sounds alright to me.Charges great, my Classic even fits w/ the protective case on.Runs on either batteries or the power cord supplied. It also comes w/ an audio cord to use it as external speakers for you laptop or other music device. I also found out that you can plug that cord into you iPod and then into the speakers and the speakers will work even if you don't have batteries in or it plugged in.The case is thin but I figure will hold up alright. Just a sleeve really, no room for the power adapter. I think the audio cord will fit though.Overall, I'm pleased with it. Works great for what I expected it to do. Would highly recommend.

This unit has "okay" quality and looks. It is small and very light, which makes it portable. However, it also keeps it from looking like a "nice" primary unit for your ipod sound system. The sound quality is good on low settings, but as you turn it higher it sounds like there is interference as if on the radio. Overall, a good purchase for the price.

Not a bad set-up. Must control Bass/Treble etc on device, which I don't believe my iPhone, or most MP3's, can do. Large amount of phone interferance with iPhone, even in Airplane mode (phone/text/internet svc. OFF) With regular MP3's, not too bad! Easy to use, plug it in & play, charges most MP3's, and iPods. Again, wish bass/treble were controlled on the device, as none of my MP3's do this. Case is cheap plasticy material, that isn't really good for carrying-no compartments for ac adapter, etc. Just a top-flap sheath, really, but slipping a peice of cardboard into the back of it to give it some real shape helps.

I waited for a couple of months before I decided to write this review. I didn't want to write anything right away and then 2 weeks down the line it cranks out on me. Well I can happily say I am truly satisfied with the speaker dock. I bought this dock for my kitchen. (I like to listen while I clean) It was easy to setup up and its very clear listening. I have no trouble turning up the volume and still hearing clearly. I think this is a great product and great value.

the price was reasonable, however the sound quality has an echo to it. Sounds like a cheap radio.

I purchased these to use in my newborn son's room to play lullabies at night and during nap time. I am using an iPod shuffle, and it's great! The music plays just right in the nursery. I read other comments/reviews about how far they will project, and I know it's definitly meant for one room. These speakers are not going to fill your home with music, but will be good in one room.My only complaint is that every time you turn it off, the volume goes all the way back down to a whisper, so I have to readjust it every time I turn it on which is a pain. But the music comes through clear, there is no static or interference, and it helps me put my son to sleep at night, which is exactly what I bought them for!

I overally satisfied with this. It would be even better, if it comes in different color. Sound is pretty good when it is used in closed area such as kitchen and rooms. But when I used it in open area, as you expect, sound isn't that loud enough. So as other recommended, it is strongly recommend for your private area, but not for open area. And now a days, everyone prefers black or stainless color, it really doesn't match to my kitchen.

sound quality is good but the volume control only works about half the time. So if you get it find a volume you like and don't bother it!~ It might get stuck too low or too high.

This product works great in a small room or area where you don't use full volume. The size and sound quality is excellent from low to medium high.

I currently use this speaker dock for work. It provides great low level sound for my office at a very afforadable price.

Good Deal for the money. I take this on trips so that we can listen to it on the road, in hotels, etc.
