this is perfect...i always wanted my phone to turn into a mirror when it was on idle and hello this is perfect for checkin yourself out or to reapply some lipstick...genius! I also like how my iphone looks with it on...it makes it less bright...I loves!
This applied easily (I've applied multiple) but to my surprise, after removing the protective film after application, the screen already had hundreds of small scratches/imperfections which made it look used from the beginning. As far as function, the mirrored effect does not disappear when the phone is on, you will still see your reflection while you use the phone. Meh.
This mirror cover is a really good idea and this was my second one to buy. However, it is difficult to see your screen when it is really bright outside and this cover is on. Otherwise I love it.
