My iMuz tablet arrived today and I was very excited to open it. The box contained the standard tablet, user manual,USB cable, charger and ear buds. My two non-negotiable requirements are Skype and Netflix, so I went to Google Play and downloaded the required apps. Now, after several hours, I can report this: Pros: The white matte-finish looks very clean and doesn't constantly display greasy fingerprints. The tablet is light in weight and will be easy to hold for extended periods of time. The charging was fast (it arrived with most of a charge on it but topped up in about 30 minutes). The tablet settings are easy to use and customize. The 7" screen is big enough to be comfortable and small enough to put in a large pocket or small purse. Skype seems to work without any problems (so far). Cons: The screen resolution is a bit grainy and may cause eyestrain after prolonged use. The screen is not very sensitive to touch (I'd rate it 3/5). It becomes annoying very quickly. After 3 calls to Netflix and one to Comcast, Netflix still runs for about 60 seconds and then freezes. So far, no solution and no support available from Latte. After the bugs are worked out of this machine, it could very well be worth the price, but at this point, I'm returning it. PS: After arranging to return the tablet, I finally found the iMuz website. It's in Korean and for some reason Google can't translate it, so there is still no customer service for this brand (iMuz or Latte).

I have been using a cheap tablet and actually it did not meet my expectation and standard. So I decided to pay a little more and try this one. This one actually does all the things as advertised. The screen is very sensitive and responsive. Android 4.0 is definately a must for tablets. It makes the tablet so user friendly. I can watch netflix and play games. It has the latest google marketplace "Google Play store" and can download many many apps. I am happy with almost all the features and quality Only my disappointment was it is actually too light. I always like any products with a decent weight. Perfect for movie watching. and kids can play with this for all day. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

i bought this for voice chat purpose and the mic attracts more noise than sound. (the person on the other side hears more noise than your voice). Sound on our side is loud and clear. I returned it because my purpose was not fulfilled. Apart from that it is a decent product.
