Customer Reviews
I would recommend this device. It is a great value. It does what it is suppose to, approximate your yardage to the green. This will definitely help you decide the right club to use on approach shots. It saves a lot of time instead of running around the fariway trying to find yardage markers which a lot of the times are not accurate. On average, it has taken off about 5 strokes of my game. I did notice a minor problem in the yardage on one hole in a round recently. It was about 50 yards off. Not sure if it was a satellite or course mapping problem. One recommendation, if you want to use rechargeable batteries, don't get Energizer. My first round with the Caddie only lasted 2 hours because of the incompatibility. Tried Duracell DC1500B4 2650mAH, works great. I've gone 3 rounds with them on one charge so far.
I bought this for my fiance for christmas, and gave it to him early in case he didnt like it, but he loves it, easy to use and able to load his golf courses with ease. Highly recommend for the avid golfer
