    Starting with Guitar Method v.4.0, instructor Kevin Garry, Ph.D covers terminology, hand positions, fingerpicking, chord strumming and more in over 50 full-motion guitar lessons on video. To make it more fun, you'll also learn to play more than 70 songs from hits by Simon & Garfunkel to American standards, Rod Stewart to Beethoven. An animated fretboard and audio tracking shows you exactly where your fingers should be and highlights notes making it easy to follow along. If you're having a hard time keeping up, variable-speed MIDI allows you to slow down the tempo until you've got it down. Other helpful features include an automatic tuner, chord dictionary, digital metronome, and digital recorder to help you better measure your progress.

    Once you've got the basics down, it's time to step it up a notch with Intermediate Guitar Method.
