I have had my refurbished e-machine for 2 years. I was skeptical of purchasing refurbished because I hadn't in the pass, but this experience has been great for my family. It has worked well and continues to do so without a hitch. I able to continually update the software and if it can stand up to a 17yr old. Well enough said, but I have bought other refurbished items and Overstock has never let me down.

Great value. Way under the price of new retail, with all the bells and whistles. It isn't the fastest machine on the market, but it does everything you could possibly want with ease. Great value!

i received the computer and hooked it up and the computer will not work. I callled tech support and the person who I spoke with said someone did't program the memory on the tower.
