Poor Quality
I was very disappointed in this phone. The construction of this phone was not durable at all. The plastic back was thin and flimsy. The sound quality is poor.

The instruction book sucks big time, on this phone each time its turned on it has found a new time zone, which is bull. It has some good things about it. Large screen and everything is sharp but bottom line you get what you pay for. For me it meets my needs.

Save your money
I acquired this phone as to send to a friend who needed a dual-SIM phone. Honestly, I was deeply disappointed in the fit & quality of the design in general. While it appears feature rich, and indeed may perform well. I do not believe the design is durable enough to survive a year of even moderate use. The battery cover is flimsy and the case in general has the fit of an inexpensive toy. As I needed to send this off to a friend, I know it will reflect on me; so rather than return it, I shared my opinion of the phone and did not charge them for it. I consider this a learning experience. I have subsequently bought a Motorola EX115 to replace this. The Motorola is an unbelieveably better phone for hardly a few dollars more.

My main complaint with this phone is the set up and instructions. Phone is difficult to figure out. I could not find the ringer control and alarm for a couple of days. It is not set up/organized like similar phones. The worst part is the owners manual does not cover much. I still have not figured out this phone. I can not receive pictures by txt and or course the manual is no help. I believe that since this phone is from China the manual did not translate well. It does have small buttons on the keyboard but I expected that.
