Does this come with an SSD if so what capacity and does it come with Windows 8 installed ?
This little box has been awesome. I have it running Win 8.1 w/ WMC and use it as a cable box and also an HTPC w/ Plex. It's silent, has a very small power footprint, and is very stable. I do occasionally have to reboot it and so far has only locked up twice since owning it (6 months), which quite honestly could have been my fault with software settings and not due to the hardware. For a Windows machine running 24/7 I think that's very acceptable.

Fast, tiny, silent, and optical audio out! Fantastic little box! I could do any daily work off of this thing. A very right price for something that can decode 4k video and has optical out, HDMI 1.4, and DisplayPort. The main thing I wanted out of this was to be able to decode the motogp.com stream successfully. I knew 4k and 1080p would not be a problem. They use up 13-25% of one core with hardware acceleration enabled, but I figured Flash would be a different story. Well, it looks like flash player for Chrome is the oldest version as of 9/2014 and was dropping a frame every 3 seconds or so. IE was a little better, but the newest version of flash works in firefox and it plays the motogp 720p stream just fine. Configured with an SSD and 8GB of ram its a very usable machine. SSD speeds could be a little bit faster based on tests, but the box runs extemely quickly. My only negatives are that I had to bend the hard drive bracket slightly to fit onto my SSD, the optical port comes out the front and is a little unsightly, and the HDMI connected display changes resolution when I turn off the TV (but automatically fixes when its turned back on). Great little box, you won't regret it!

Fanless, low power consumption, yet powerful PC ! This is a barebone, meaning that you equip it with your HDD or DVD of choice, the amount and type of memory you want (up to the hardware limit of course), and the OS you prefer. The physical assembly feels solid, not cheap, and is as large as a stack of 4 CD boxes, which means, it is really easy to find space for it, even on the back of a LCD screen, attached to the VESA mount (included in the box). I put a 256GB SSD and 8GB of low voltage RAM inside it, and installed a Debian Linux on it. It runs smoothly, silently, and uses between 5W and 10W (maximum power consumption, under stress) only ! The quad-core processor as such a low DTP that it even runs cold. Although don't count on it to run the latest 3D first person shooter in full resolution, hardcore gamers are not the target for this kind of equipment, and it offers more than enough processing power for most categories of applications. This allows me to have it run on a small solar-powered system, making it a very reliable system for all intents and purposes. Because of the very attractive price, I replace older -noisy- machines with a couple of these, saving on heat, noise, energy, while increasing performances. I am very satisfied of it, it holds all its promises.

Be careful before you buy this brand of computer, it has many configurations, do your research first and make sure it has everything in it you want !!!
