Customer Reviews
I've had 3 of these units. All have stopped reading or recognizing DVD's after about 3 - 4 months. I've even had 2 of them sent back and refurbished, and again...they stop reading DVD's after about 3 - 4 months. It's very user friendly, but a PIECE OF JUNK.
Worked ok for 5 months then quit reading dvds. I won't buy another or recommend this one.
The unit worked well for a few months. I bought it to transfer vhs tapes to discs, but after awhile the dvd player quit recording and no longer recognized discs. The vcr still works but that is not the reason I bought it. When I insert a disc it says it is loading, says there is no disc, and then ejects it. Needless to say it is no longer of any use to me.
I had this less than 2 weeks before it quit reading DVDs...perhaps it's just this model but I'm not going to try another of the same. Overstock made it easy to return so big stars for them!
