Does what it's supposed to
My laptop has never been cooler. It no longer shuts off due to overheating and works like a gem again. I want to give it 5 stars, but I can't due to the craftsmanship. Within the first week, the little rubber grips (the large 1 at the bottom and the two smaller ones at the top) that are supposed to keep your computer from sliding around all came off. I can glue them back on, but I shouldn't have to. If the fan didn't work as well as it does, I would have returned this item.
