New in the unopened box. Fast and easy setup, but did require going to the Yamaha site for a better diagram than the one furnished. Great Surround Sound and more than enough ports for all seven of my input devices with one HDMI out to TV and 4 HDMI inputs from devices. Does generate a little heat, so I removed the vent cutout on the back of the TV furniture to avoid heat buildup. Not one problem and it has been running continuously for about a month now.
