Customer Reviews
Went through three (transmitter) batteries in as many months, and they're expensive.
this is a great buy. I had a setup that worked the same way for years, but it was much more expensive. The set up was easy and it works well. The only problem was trying to fit the transmitter back into its base after it was nailed up outside. You have to screw the nails in VERY tightly to get them out of the way. After we finally got that it was a breeze. I woulld highly recommend this product.
This gadget is perfect...just what I wanted. It's easy to set up and seems very reliable, so far.

I bought two of these for my house, they are so easily to setup and work so very well. I used a single outdoor wireless and both work from it. How cool is that? The brand and product are solid and getting it so inexpensively from overstock was wonderful!

In October I ordered this unit from Overstock.com and it was drop shipped from the manufacturer, LaCrosse in Wisconsin. It was easy to set up and worked fine for two months. Recently the outdoor temp indicator ceased to work. I installed NEW batteries and the outdoor temp still doesn't work. Here's the problem, I've called the manufacturer, LaCrosse, a half dozen times and can not reach a support person. I've left 3 voice mail msgs and stayed by the phone for three days in the event they would call. I've e-mailed them twice with a response about the batteries having to be new and testing a particular voltage. The service from Overstock was great...can't say the same about what has happend with the manufacturer.
