  • Great speaker - easy set up

    May 2, 2012

    llotco  from Texas, Rating:5.0

This speaker was exactly what we expected from photo and description on website. The installation was much faster and easier than we expected. So far, it works great and would recommend.

  • Phillips AD7000W airplay speaker end user review

    Mar 27, 2012

jagsywagsy  from Leeds - UK, Rating:5.0

This is a great little speaker with good all round sound and strong bass if required. The airplay feature is fantastic enabling you to use any apple product in the house to link to it. (iTunes on your PCs, ipdads and iphones etc). Connecting it, depending on your router, needs a little time and concentrated common sense, butyou should get there in the end. I DO suggest that you make a good note of who you achived connectivity in case it should lose it in the future. One other thing, there is a natural tendency to pick it up one handed at the top of the speaker. Don't do this because that is where the on/off buttin is, and when you turn it off, you tend to lose connectivity and have to start all over again. Otherwise, an excellent prodcut and I would recommend it to all music lovers.

  • Good sound, everywhere

    Mar 6, 2012

    electronicjuggernaut  from Washington, DC, Rating:5.0

This has high quality audio, and is easy to use. A bit trickier if you aren't using iOs devices. I use windows PCs, and airfoil. Sometimes it seems like I have to try several times to get the speaker back on the network. Dancing bear... it's not whether it does it easily, it's that it does it at all. No static, seamless integration into iTunes (also on a pc), and music everywhere, like the yard, where wifi reaches.

    Mar 1, 2012

    iphonenyc  from New York, Rating:3.0

The speaker is an attractive box, the sound quality is excellent for a speaker of this size. However, I spent over an hour trying to get the thing find my wifi and was never successful. I use the speaker hardwire to my computer. I use iTunes to play my music, using wifi. My plan was to supplement two hard wired tower speakers with a couple of these things in the kitchen, etc. I couldn't get it to work, maybe you'll have better luck.
