Works. Not a miracle, but it works
The unit brings two bars of signal inside the apartment where there were no bars (he whole complex is at the ragged edge of service areas for all the digital carriers). That is enough to make and receive calls. Sometimes with a little static. The phone must be in the cradle for it to work. The home accessory kit includes a bracket that helps the magnetic antenna pick up signal through glass. This makes a very real difference in how well the cradle works indoors. I am very pleased with this product, it can't create signal where there is none, but it will boost minimal signal up to useful levels. Just what we needed!
