This TV is more than I expected. Great picture,sound and a good deal for the buck.

We recieved the tv in 3 days.Hooked it up pic. went out in less than ten min.Called customer service,they were great! Sent it back with no problem.Recieved a new tv very fast,Hooked it up great pic. and sound for 4 min. went black.We would never buy a tv this way again.Sent it back for a refund this time.Customer service is super nice,and helpful.We really wanted the tv .

I took some thought before buying this tv. I read the reviews and was sold. I've always thought Westinghouse made a decent product. This was a small gift to my sister and her husband. The picture went out on the second day, but I will say that the sound was perfect, with no picture. I'm not sure if the TV was damaged in shipping, or not, but I do know that it makes me very skeptical of a replacement refurbished TV, besides the embarrassment of a gift gone wrong!

I am glad I overcame my reluctance to buy refurbished.

When I first purchased this television a month age I never heared of the brand. I was kind or nervouse about purchasing it because it was refurbished as well. Welll the television is good you would never know it was refurbished and the brand is good. When mine came ups cracked the border during shipping but they discounted the tv for that it was only a little crack. Other then that it was and is great. My husband loves it.

Sorry to say my first experience with Overstock.com was not good.The tv looses picture we still have volume but no picture. We called the manufacturer and customer support and no-one had any answers. Its going to take two days to get a phone number. Iwas extremely disappointed.

PLeasantly surprisd. Good sound and picture so far.would recommend to friends.

Shipped very fast and so far no problems.There is no written manual, only cd and it was not clear how to program the chanels since "no signal" sign came on. Help desk was able to quide us thru.Picture is perfect, I just purchase a other one to my bedroom.
