If I could rate this unit a 0 I would. After three months, the unit had major color distortion problems and it took four full months and a lot of aggravation before Westinghouse replaced it with another unit, the quality of which remains to be determined. I won't go into the details, but there seems to be a disconnect between the service department and the factory at Westinghouse.
I purchased the refubished TV June 29, 2009. The TV stopped working on Aug. 27. 2010. I did expect to get more than a year for my money. Not a good buy at all.
My set arrived without an instruction booklet so I had their assistance line help me through the setup process. Each time I turned on the TV I lost more channels until I was down to two channels and no sound. When I did a new scan to lock in the channels it refused to scan the digital channels.The help line tells me to buy a converter box but would not tell me why I was able to scan the digital channels originally without a converter box but not now.I will throw out the set and buy a new one - but NOT a Westinghouse.
