I received my 1TB external HDD about two weeks ago. within the last two days or so the software has been giving me nothing but trouble, saying it is not working correctly or that there is an issue with backups. I decided this was most likely either a problem with immediate termination of the connection, which shouldn't be a problem on a hot swappable drive, or the software was not written to be compatible with Windows Vista.
Good product. I already owned one, and it works great, and needed another one. This was a great deal and works great so far after about a month. I've owned my other one for about a year and no problems.
