Good value for this product, my husband is very pleased.

This is a great deal for the price. It holds a ton of music! The installation process is a little blurry but after a little bit of time I was able to figure it out.

Got this for an early Christmas gift from my wife. I plugged it right in, and plug-and-play installed it automatically. Transfer speed is great (12 GB of music in maybe 2-3 minutes).

Quick and quiet. Can't comment on bundled software/utilities because I immediately erased them to use the drive as bulk backup/storage for a Linux system. Works fine so far. Haven't had a bad WD product yet.

was transfer files from my old PC to my new Mac. I finally crossed over. This hard drive was easy to use and did the job. It can be used to back up all files, but I haven't yet installed it for that purpose.

The best thing about this product would have to be the amount of space to price ratio. Talk about bang for your buck! Compared to other sites I've got quite a bit of space for my thousands of songs for a relatively low price. Thank you Overstock!!!

My wife's PC needed an external hard drive for tons of digital photos, family videos and downloaded dvd movies, and the My Book by Western Digital solved our storage problems. It installed in minutes, and the computer seems to zip though any programs now. It's great, we like it, and it was so inexpensive. Thanks overstock.com for a real problem solver.

I have two of these drives and they function great. Nice and quiet and smooth operation.

No paper documentation but I figured it out. This worked well for keeping all my files backed up from my main computer with Timeline. Plenty of space to hold my large graphic files. Price was very good and delivery was reasonably quick.

Bought this WD320 gig Hard drive (refurb). Price was right, arrived quickly. Hooked it up, bought the Memeo back up program...it works great. Just what I wanted. Thanks!

I use this as a back up for my time machine on an Imac. It set up by itself and backups up my entire hard drive every hour. For the price it's an amazing deal.
