This is a great deal for the price. It holds a ton of music! The installation process is a little blurry but after a little bit of time I was able to figure it out.

Sweet
Got this for an early Christmas gift from my wife. I plugged it right in, and plug-and-play installed it automatically. Transfer speed is great (12 GB of music in maybe 2-3 minutes).

Good storage solution.
Quick and quiet. Can't comment on bundled software/utilities because I immediately erased them to use the drive as bulk backup/storage for a Linux system. Works fine so far. Haven't had a bad WD product yet.
