  Over Stock was great to buy from!!!!!!!!!!! The weather station was new in the box with no problems easy set-up and is working great at this time. I had to use my old lap-top the software only will run on Windows but that is OK.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Looks to be good have had no problems, would like to have sofeware that would run on a Mac.

  Excellent product with horrible instructions, and difficult on line activation. In fact, there is no manual that describes the fields of the display, how to operate the alarm, or press the buttons to call up the outside temperature. No manual at all, just an instruction that says to log on and follow the prompts. The activation process was the most challenging activation I've ever encountered. To illustrate my difficulty, the temperature sensor model number that goes with this unit was not one of the options when I logged on to activate it. If you think outside the box during activation you can get the unit to communicate with the gateway, otherwise you'll need to call customer service (they are open 9 to 5 weekdays). Now that it is working, I'm happy with it, but the path to this point was a thorny one. :)

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? To date, the product is fine...........
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent fit and finish, pleasing to the eye,with crisp display you can read from six feet away.

  This is actually my third of this very same product. Something has happened in the past, so that the outside thermometer wouldn't work. I live in SW Fla. so I don't know if it got too wet, too hot? don't know. I will tell you that if I have to buy another outside thermometer, I won't.
