Good product overall...
Our old phones were of the same brand, that's why I chose these new ones. The old ones lasted 10 years and there's no reason to expect that these will not last at least that long. So far they have performed very nicely. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to control the ring volume of the handsets. We have a very young baby in the house and I'd love to be able to turn the ring volume down when she is sleeping! Other than that they seem to be very user friendly and of good quality.

vtech phones
I like these phones, they are just the right size, I love the speaker part, I just wish they had a place to use a headset. They have good volume control and the answering machine works great as well
