I ordered this product but cant use it as it is only a handset and we needed the base unit to be able to use it. I cant even use this phone and need to return it but havent due to shipping charges.

Upon receiving the hand sets (I ordered 3 of them) it took all of 2 minutes to pair them to the system I was using and have everything working fine. They are what was described to a "T" and if I can put them on-line anyone can.
