This phone is a quality product. I noticed the sound quality and keyboard as well as the display are all better than any phone I have owned in the past. The pendant has good voice quality as well. I figured most of the feature w/o reading the manual- but you should read it to get the most out of all the phone features! I would buy another if I needed one.
