  It's like talking on a cell phone you lose connect from time to time. You can't tell the difference but the people that you are talking to can. I rate it 2 stars

  It is good. I just wish it were wireless. I couldn't tell by the picture if it had wires or not. For the price, it is great.

  Got the product in good time. This headset is worthless. It is too short and I can not tape my voice. I have to take out of my ear to talk into it and then I cannot hear it because is not in my ear... The sound is bad too. It feels like someone is talking inside a bathroom and has a very distorted voice. I am disappointed with this purchase - I wish I had not bought it.

  The speaker has a clear and good volume, but the microphone has a very low volume, the person at the other end has trouble listening and there is not way to adjust the volume higher,it is a shame because other wise this item had been a great purchase Mario Diez

  IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO I WOULD. FIRST OF ALL, THE EAR PIECE IS NOT COMFORTABLE. ITS TOO LIGHT FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE HEADSET AND IT HANGS AND DROOPS. THE PERSON LISTENING TO ME GETS STATIC AND BAD RECEPTION, WITHIN 48 HOURS, THE EAR PIECE BROKE OFF THE HINGE. BUT I GIVE A ONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE GREAT AND INSTEAD OF TAKING THE REFUND I TOOK THE IN STORE CREDIT AS THIS IS THE FIRST COMPLAINT IVE HAD WITH AN ITEM. ALL I CAN SAY IS OVERSTOCK.COM, GET RID OF THIS PRODUCT IT IS NOT WORTHY TO BE IN YOUR CATALOG. SELL THEM TO THE DOLLAR STORE.
