Refurb means bad packaging, damages in shipping
The product was damaged in shipping, major cracks. Replacement was also damaged but it was invisible so I kept it. It does have scuff marks on the bezel. For replacement shipping I had to take care of the return (bring it to ups store) and wait another week. The price was great but if this is going to be a show piece in a frequently visited room, don't bother. ViZio, get your packaging better.

Vizio RazorLED 42" refurb
The TV was really nice looking, Great picture. The only problem was the first one the HDMI inputs went out. Had a replacement sent and it just completely stopped working after about a week. So I guess if you got a good one that worked it would be a great purchase. I just seemed to get two duds. I would say definitely get the warranty if you decide to purchase.

Good value, great customer support
Upon arrival the screen didn't seem quite right, so I requested a replacement. Overstock customer support was excellent- they sent out a replacement that quickly arrived, and a return shipping label for the defective item. I wasn't too surprised the picture was messed up since it was refurbished, but customer service standards really made the hassle of going through a return seem like not a big deal. The second unit that arrived was perfect- excellent screen quality, well packaged (which is good- both boxes had shown signs of abuse sustained during transit). Looking at the other reviews for this, it looks like **% off might be an added bonus if you receive damaged merchandise and think to ask for it- so it's probably worth asking if you have to go through a return on a refurbished item~ but even without that bonus savings I was delighted with my end product and O.co's rockin' customer service.

Vizio tv is a great buy
Fast shipment, amazing price, superb quality. This was a replacement order from a refurbished that came dead on arrival, so I received 20 percent off on this one. Definitely. Worth it.

What a beautiful TV! What a beautiful picture! What a beautiful price! I bought this refurbished and who could ever tell. It works exactly like it should for half the price of new! The only negative was that someone had to sign for the package and as I work that was difficult.
