The product doesn't work at all. We have tried everything, and now it has to be returned. I have to pay shipping and insurance. I will never buy an electrical product from this company again.

Vizio E321VL 32-inch 720p - refurbish
Once in a while it does not power up all the way - turns on but does not display image. Have to turn off, then on again and its OK. Could be a design defect. Or an electronic failure of some sort - perhaps this is why someone thought it needed refurbishing(?) Its not bad enough to go through any exchange hassle - so I'll keep it.
