Vivitar Vivcam 8.1MP Underwater Digital Camera

I bought this camera because my friends and I were going to a water park and I wanted to be able to capture some great memories. I love taking pictures but hate having to put my digital camera in a ziplock bag and having to worry about it getting wet. This camera was so easy to use and it took such great pictures. I couldn't believe that I didn't have to freak out about being splashed. I even held it under water as I swam through the water with no worries what so ever!!! I really loved the video feature on it as well. I took video clips of my friends riding down the water rapids and of me going down the water slides and enjoying the lazy river ride. There is no microphone so you don't get any sound with the video feature but I plan to put my video clips into a dvd and add music to the background! It is so amazing that this camera does it all and as the best price. All of my friends wanted to use it and I had to get doubles of pictures so they could all have some of the great ones that I took from that day. They want to get their own now. I can't wait till my son goes to the water park for his birthday and our coming up beach trip because I know what camera i will be using!!!

• How is the quality of the product? Made to be awesome and easy to use!

It took great pictures both above and below the water. But it can be difficult to see anything but a reflection of your face in the view screen in bright light. But this is a problem with all cameras.
