Needed a scanner to use on old newspaper pages that would not fit onto a flatbed scanner. This scanner worked flawlessly from day one. The nicest feature is that there is no software needed on the computer. The scanner stores the scans as jpegs on a memory card . When you plug the scanner into the USB port on your computer it appears as a USB memory drive. You just drag the files onto your computer. The quality of the scans at 300 DPI were very very good.

The scanner came a day or two earlier than the shipping date promised. It is everything that I expected and more. It was much easier to set up and use than I thought it would be. An added suprise was the ABBYY software that came with it. It simply takes a screenshot of your scan and converts any words on it to a note pad to be used in word processing programs.

I bought this product without knowing anything about it, and was pleasantly suprised how good it was. I have recommended this product to many friends for their business work.

I have found this product to be of great use. It is perfect to carry with you to scan articles or pictures. I am working on family tree and found it to be a handy thing for research, I can scan the item instead of using the copy machine at the library. I would recommend it to anyone that likes to save an article or recipe it is easy to use and easy to download to the computer. I am happy I found this item and it is affordable.

I bought this product mostly because I needed to scan items in scrapbooks my mother had kept for years. It is easy to use and understand but works best on flat pages, not so well on those with cards and newspaper articles glued to them, in a thick book with curved pages. I am still learning at just what speed to move the scanner, and other nuances of use, but overall I am pleased with this product.

Difficult to to use at first. With constant jpractice it is a good tool be used and carried with you for those moments when you want to recodrd notes or book pages away from your computer or home.

The scanner is very easy to use. I bought it to scan receipts as I get them so I can eliminate the clutter. It's really easy to transfer the images to my computer. I have a Mac, and the scanner is compatable. I used my Club O points to help pay for it--a good reason to join Club O.
