this thing is cheaply made and tends to break easy freezes up at random and wont go back. if u buy..... well just dont

I bought this thinking hey, its something good right? My ipod was stolen and I was between players for a while. I supplied it myself without the parents help and got it for the momentary time I needed it. I got it home and within 15 minutes, I repeat, 15 MINUTES! Of opening the piece of junk, the touch screen was shot. I have no volume control and cant do anything with it. I learned how to work it on my own cause I didnt even get the stupid little book everyone says is hard to read. I learned how to go back and upload things on it from scratch. I coudnt find a contact number for the company and believe they wouldnt fix the problem because my purse has put a few scratches on it. But it serves its purpose and I'm not about to spend another xxx for a new one. The headphones broke in 3 days and the radios signal is horrible. My video camera freezes, but the camera has pretty good quality. I would never recommend this to a friend or even let a child use it. I'm sorry

Mine died after a week. I've been trying for two weeks for Visual Land to respond - which they still have not. No email, phone number or address. They only have a web form to submit questions. This is by far the worst company I have tried to deal with and regret purchasing it. Learn from me and look into the support and return options prior to buying something. Also search on the product and you'll see the numerous issues this thing has.

This product is horrible. i never figured out how to put videos onto it, the touch screen is delayed, and the screen gets stripes across it. the little book doesnt explain much. i wouldnt recomend getting this item at all. its a piece of junk.

This thing was not worth even half of what I paid for it. I was able to get music from CDs onto it okay and the external speaker is nice when you don't want to use headphones. It was easy enough to put pictures on, also. I'm afraid that it goes downhill from there. I never could get any videos to play on it and the touch screen is is kind of slow. Like the other reviewer, I have problems with it freezing up and sometimes if feels like a huge stroke of good luck when it will turn off properly. This has become a play toy for my young son who likes to listen to the music on it and treat it like a spy toy. There are so many better choices out there. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a big mp3 player with a screen.
