Great monitor
Needed a 19" inch monitor with 1280x1024 resolution. The ViewSonic VA903b has that requirement and fits the space on the credenza. The setup is easy and it has very sharp images. The price was right and the monitor looks new. Will buy another one when LAN is expanded.

2nd time at bat - a much better experience.
After a particularly bad first experience with OS.com, I was contacted by a customer service rep. who followed up on the negative review I had posted. She sent me a 30% coupon via email. I later used the coupon toward my purchase of a refurbished monitor. This time, the product arrived well packaged, clean and free of defects. This was obviously a better experience, and were it not for the added savings I more than likely would not have purchased anything from Overstock. The caring staff, as well as the initial outcome of this purchase are the professionalism this company needs. I may now consider the possibility of buying online with them again in the future providing the electronics function over time.

viewsonic 19-inch monitor
There is not much to say here except that this monitor delivers what you would expect in terms of picture quality, and it is very nicely priced. It was refurbished, and I don't know how, but it looks like new.
