The VTech CS6859-2 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone with Answering System and Dual Caller ID/Call Waiting is an easy-to-use phone with a built-in digital answering system. It features two cordless handsets and a dial-in base speakerphone for the most flexibility at home. Take your calls from anywhere in your home or from the base station, and the handsets can be easily recharged in the charging cradle after your call. The system has full-duplex handsets and base speakerphones to increase participation by allowing both ends to speak and be heard at the same time to facilitate conversations that are more true to life. The VTech CS6859-2 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone with Answering System and Dual Caller ID/Call Waiting has an easy-to-read keypad and display with a back light, and the DECT 6.0 system ensures clarity with a high-quality signal. You can also store up to 50 names and number combinations in the phonebook and 50 in the caller ID history.

I wanted an affordable V Tech phone with caller ID and answering system. We use cell phone most of the time. Just wanted a replacement for our current phone and I love the display it has. V Tech phones are great. The last one we had lasted a long time.
