I purchased the base phone and one extension 6 years ago. Great range, clear, and compact phone. I used the two original phones for business and after 6 years of constant daily use, they still perform great (even though the paint is wearing off some buttons from use). I choose to order two additional expansion phones instead of buying a new model since these were such great phones.Oh yeah, the 6820 is an expansion phone. You need the 6821 base phone first.

Unit has good range and functionability. All four units are in use on this system. Weak points: - Low battery talk time. - Keypad problems after several month's use. - Backlit display is not readable in sunlight.
