The product was in excellent condition; however, it does not come with Windows XP installed on it. Do not make the mistake I did by thinking it comes with software.

Refubished laptop in great condition, like new, the only thing I didn't like is that it didn't come with Microsoft Office and it's extremely expensive to buy the installation CD so I'm not sure I got a great deal on it anymore.

This product was advertised as having a parallel port. It does not have one. I am using it anyway.
