  • Great unlocked phone for the price!

Good pics, decent sound/call quality, easy interface. No dropped calls and only a few slow streaming points in the 4 months I've had this. Hands down, the best unlocked phone I've had-- you cannot beat this for a decent smartphone under $500. You may want to upgrade the flimsy earbuds, but that's it. Also holds charge well-- three days unless I watch more than an hour of video!

  • It's a nice phone since I can't afford to replace

..my Samsung Note 3..It is about the same size, clear graphics, and (with some help getting a SIM in correctly) it works fine with straight talk. The camera works well but one can NOT set the size of the pictures. The instructions (which never show or point to the button they discuss pressing for various things) say you can change the size if you take the picture then hold all four corners at once and move your fingers smaller or larger. This seems to me close to impossible, but they thought it up so maybe someone could do it. The phone vibrates when certain buttons are pressed and I find no way to disable that. Otherwise, it seems to work well and the quality seems to be good. For the price, if you want a screen this size, it seems to fit the bill for me. The Note3 is a much more customizable phone for double the price, which is, perhaps, not worth it.

When I purchased this phone I knew it was a big phone, but it's a really big phone. Happy I chose it. It does everything l need and more. It's a very smart phone and takes great pictures also. Being a Duel sims card phone, anyone that needs two cell phones would only need to carry one. So great.

I wasn't sure I would like the BLU (Bold Like Us) Life Pure (32GB) phone. Not a name brand, not well known, usually the bottom end of smart phones, and so on. I am pleasantly surprised. It isn't the best, top-of-the-line phone out there, but I had a budget, and this phone's price + features fit within what I was searching for. PROs: Beautiful screen; snappy processor; clean interface (no bloatware); excellent sound (headphones and built-in stereo speakers); reasonably good battery life; good form factor; came with screen protector, hands-free mic+earbuds, basic case cover CONs: non-replaceable battery; no external storage (but with 32GB storage, I'm not missing that as much); screen isn't AMOLED; slow-boat shipping from Florida. I am not a cutting-edge phone power-user, so I am thrilled with this phone. The price was less than half of 'similar' phones on the market (even used ones). The processor is last year's model or older, but I'm not using this as a desktop replacement. I replac...

I bought 2 of these Pantech Crossover unlocked cell phones from Overstock.com. The phones were delivered within 4 days - very quick. After inserting the SIM cards, both phones worked immediately. There is a brief tutorial that is helpful at getting you started. The WiFi feature is by far my favorite. I do not have a data plan but free WiFi is available almost everywhere these days. The camera takes good, clear pictures up close, but is not good for distance Zoom or action shots. I love being able to take pics and immediately post to Facebook like my friends who pay for data plans. So cool. Plus I can easily download apps to play games like Words with Friends. The screen is medium sized and the body of the phone is not as thin as the previous Pantech I had, but still fits in my pocket. I bought a 16Gb memory card with an adapter and can easily transfer songs and pics quickly between my phone and laptop. The media player in the phone is easy to learn how to use. Now, I use the...
