Have not used yet. Bought for an upcoming overseas trip where they use different frequencys than the US. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

I bought this thinking I was getting a fully GSM device. The phone came with a Verizon logo. I can't use MMS because I can't even change the APN in the phone. I even went to the engineering screen to input the details and it doesn't allow it. I wish the description had indicated all this and that it's from Verizon, I can't even get 3g so no streaming unless I'm in wifi. The phone itself is terrific, love it so it is unfortunate I have to return it and I'll purchase it again from a more reliable source.

Product arrived in just four days. I had to pay shipping. Its a very tiny phone for an adult; a caliber pen helps a lot. It is unlocked and double sim indeed. So, Im paying less money with no contract or even a plan. Just pay as you go. The second SIM is reserved for my trips abroad. I doesnt have a micro sd card, so you need to get one if you want to start using the camera and mp3. I dont care very much about it, since my primary goal is to spend less on cell phone service.

I bought these unlocked phones to use in South America where phones are either very expensive, or of poor quality. They have worked well.

I use it for a phone with a few apps and very little web browsing. I got one for my wife who uses it for games and lots of apps. She has problems with hers, but she had problems with the last phone too.

My husband used it for only 3 months and it quit working and, of course, we didn't buy the replacement policy so no refund.

The phone is just what I expected. It did not come with a user guide however, there are a few free online guides that will guide you thru the use of the phone.

It is a good little phone but my phone carrier does not support the brand so I cannot use mms message or internet. The touch screen is new to me so I have a little trouble with the tiny letters and numbers on this phone but if you are use to touch screens it is fine. The phone is great for the price!

Received as advertised. The item was received quickly and in new condition. I have been using the phone extensively and I have not encountered any problems so far. Recommended.

Had to return because the service provider I use, Verizon, said it was not one of their phones and would not set it up. This is after I asked Verizon. Maybe you all have noticed that what AT&T and Verizon say on line does not match when you get to their stores. Very frustrating.

3 weeks on this phone and loving it! I am a fan of Nokia phones. I've had 5 Nokia previously and never tire of them. The Asha 303 does not disappoint. Though lightweight compared to an Android phone it feels solid, though not fragile. T-mobile no longer carries a range of Nokia phones so I went insearch and found unlocked phones. This is my 2nd unlocked Nokia. And like the previous one, I popped my T-mobile sim card in and it worked right away. It still needs to be configured to send/receive picture messages but that should be pretty simple once a make a call to cust support. Touch screen is good and sensitive and qwerty key board is great. The key spacing is a little close for my fingers, so if you have large fingers this might be a bit cramped. Operating system and set up is intuitive much like the other Nokias—easy! I had the screen programed with my desired quick icons in no time. Wifi works great. It picks up wifi signals that my android device does not even find. Have not tried the WIFI calling yet, but it is an option. Start up is fast. Charge last for 3 days with music player on with headphones, though more apps and the external speaker drain power faster (still much better than an Android). Has onboard FM radio but needs to have something plugged into the stereo plug as antenna, but then can use radio on speaker. Sound quality is great --both music and Phone. I have had to turn the volume DOWN because the sound was too loud! Call quality is very good no problems yet. The headphones that came with it picked up a lot of cord noise so I use the earbud/mic that came with my last Nokia. Unfortunately the headset will be difficult to find replacements as it requires a Nokia specific grounded plug configuration. Though this is not a smart phone it does have Nokia apps (games, facebook, email, twitter, calendars, camera, web browser) and the ability to download more apps from the Nokia store. Facebook is basic mobile but works good. Comes with Angry Birds! Camera is ok, could be more megapixels but will do in a pinch. I use an old android phone and/or my tablet for my app toys and the Nokia 303 as my actual communication device. LOVE using the Nokia pc suite to hook to my laptop. back-up photos and text, sync contacts, calendar and type text from a real keyboard all while recharging the batteries. Transferring all that info from my old Nokia was a snap. MY SO was impressed with the 303, thought it was super easy to use and set up. He has an android G4 phone. Hates it. I borrowed it for a week and refused to use it again. Can't get rid of it until the contract is up. it's just as a glorified newsreader/pod player and a awful as a phone difficult to TALK to anyone. The Nokia is a great PHONE!! And not tied to a contract.

Bought this phone for my parents. Wasn't expecting an S 3 or anything. Performs great and runs fine on a Straight Talk T-Mobile sim. This unit has a smaller screen so the keyboard is a little cramped if you have big fingers like my dad, but he just uses a pen. Only complaint I have is there is no proximity sensor to turn the screen back on when you pull the phone away during a phone call. You have to use the power button to turn the screen back on to respond to prompts during a call or to end the call. Quick shipping and great price. Couldn't be happier.

Great phone. Wish there were more after market accessories for it. Also, the hole for the camera flash on the included cover needs to be bigger. The flash reflects inside the cover giving the photos a tinted (whatever color cover you have) hue. I have to take the cover off every time I want to use the flash.

First irritant was the owners manual. A person would need a ten power magnifing lens to read it but that wouldn't matter as the manual gives NO useful information. It might work okay if we could figure out how to do the programing. Need a phone with a speaker, don't expect it. Can't get the ringer to work. The vibration will but no ringer. Not very happy with this. On a plus side it will work on all frequencys worldwide (according to the specs). Like the long battery life.

I had already tried this phone out with Consumer Cellular, but they couldn't get the one they sold me unlocked, so I sent it back. I ordered this phone because I already decided I liked the phone. It has a screen size easy enough to read email and web pages, but not so big as to be a battery hog. The phone is intuitive and easy to use. I only had to look up a couple of things in the manual, which I found online. I did have some trouble configuring this phone for Consumer Cellular's system, and neither the Consumer Cellular nor the Overstock customer service could help me. It took me some research, but I was able to find the correct settings online. I was a little disappointed with both companies' customer service for not being able to provide those answers, but I got the problem solved on my own and have been very happy with the phone since then.
