  I just got my phone and I was trying to go on the Internet and send picture messages but it didn't work I hate it so much . IT'S NOT WORTH IT AT ALL To Me

  so far I have loved the phone. Have had a couple issues w/the touch screen. I touch it for a number or letter and it freezes or I have to go down to the key pad for it to work. But other wise I have loved every min. of this phone. I have had nothing but AWESOME customer service with AT & T each time that I have called them for a question they have been more than happy to help me. I am sure this helps with my satisfaction with the phone. I do believe though that with the package they need to let ppl know that if you let your email stay logged in that it takes away from your data for us non literate ppl. I am an older user and not used to some of the things. some of the little things need to be spelled out. Once I know EXACTLY what is using data ect. I am good. Thanks!!!!!! AWESOME phone otherwise!!!
