As I have big hands, it was hard for me to operate this device. But, it seems to be a good cell phone. As I had a Samsung before, I thought this phone would be simillar as the the operating software, but it wasn't. It was a bit difficult to navigate, and use the keys because it seemed too small for my fingers. I would recomend this product to friend just fine. Samsung is becoming one of themost popular manufactures of cell phones.
Things hapen sometimes. The cell phone was not woring but I understand, it was not new. I am still a happy customer of Overstock.

The touch screen was difficult to maneuver at first, but was easier to control after using for about a week. I eventually returned the phone because I could never clearly hear the person at the other end. They could hear me clearly, but I could only hear voices faint and garbled . Do not know if a manufacturer defect or design flaw. The other issue is the owners manual, it was one piece of folded paper. Trouble shooting issues was frustrating.
