This is the second time I purchased this transmitter. The first one lasted for several years. The only reason I needed a replacement was due to my own mistake and not a malfunction of the transmitter. The original one was less sophisticated; did not have the USB charging feature,which only added to the value of this product. The price cannot be beat; especially when it comes to Apple products. The fact that this item sells out so quickly speaks for itself. Buy it as soon as you see it or someone else will definitely grab it. I just happened to "luck out"!

this product is better than the last fm transmitter i bought as far as sound quality and it's smaller which i like. the only drawback i've had is the charger component. the first time i plugged it to my ipod the charger worked, however after that it never charged my ipod again...now i have to charge my ipod separately. otherwise, this is a decent product.
