The ordering process was simple. The additional extension phone arrived as expected. We charged it overnight and registering it to the base was a breeze. What more can we say.

We have one of the main units that only had one receiver, and this was the best price we could find on an expansion unit. Once it was set in the main units cradle, it synced up in a matter of seconds and has been great ever since. If you have one of the compatible units and are looking for an extra headset, this is the product for you.

Good Handset
I've had the Uniden phone that this handset was purchased to expand for over 3 years now and its a great product - good sound quality, rugged (has been dropped many times with no impact on operation) and attractive. The expansion handset is no dfferent and I am very pleased with the purchase. One feature I wish it had is call history (missed, sent, received w/time & duration - like a cell phone) but I'm not sure if this is available in newer models or not.
