I was a bit hesitant to order this product when I saw it was refurbished but I needed a new phone and I wanted more than 1 handset. The price was right and I was sold when I saw the speakerphone option. This phone is FABULOUS!!! Every handset works perfectly, the sound is clear and it does the job. I can't complain!!

Was looking to upgrade our single handset/base phone and this 3 handset and single base phone systems more than fit the bill. Everything arrived in perfect condition--you'd have no idea it was refurbished. After a bit of charging all sets were up and running. These phones have many convenient features (such as caller id, number storing, and differing, programmable ring tones among others) and can't be beat at this price!

I liked these phones because they weren't black, so they don't look like my TV remote. I didn't like the orange backlight so much, but they have musical ringtones which is a nice change of pace. I did not like the red light that stays on all the time and will be putting black tape over it so it doesn't drive me nuts at night. People say we sound clear when we use them, and that's the main thing for me, so I am happy. You can't beat the price -- three phones for this price. They did come in a shipping box, each piece is shrink-wrapped in bubble wrap. They weren't in a manufacturer's box. But everything looks brand new, and they included directions.

Needed another set of phones to replace my two year old AT&T cordless phones. I like these so much more. I love that it has a voice mail icon that lights up when you have a message and there are several ring tones to choose from. The plus was also that when you clear the caller id list on one phone, all the phones are cleared. Also, each handset has speakerphone. Been using these phones for about a month and am very pleased. I'm always a little worried buying a refurbished item, but I've bought other refurbished items from o.co and they have been just as good.

I was not happy with the phone and answering system because all features and options must be acessed by dialing numbers on the handset, example to record your out going message you must use the handset not the answering machine, to retrieve messages on the answering machine you must dial a set of numbers on the handset. I prefere to see the number of calls displayed on the answering machine, push play and hear my messages. I like uniden phones and had mine for several years until it met is final fate with a hot cup of coffe spilling on it.I returned this model and I reordered the same phone I used to have and am much happier with the handset and answering machine being able to be used indivually. The phone is great just not my style I got used to my old uniden.

Needing to replace my phone system due to a little lightening problem I purchased this Uniden System and I have no complaints. The phones hold their charge, the answering machine works great and there are many great features on this phone that I like. Overall a really good product for the price.

I replaced an ancient cordless phone that had horrible reception. Lots of line noise and the handsets refused to hold a charge very long. This phone is much clearer and the price was much better than anything I saw at my local discount stores. If you still use a landline phone, this is an excellent choice.

I got exactly what I wanted - and more. I needed a base station and 1 remote handset. I ended up with 2 remote handsets which is an added value and convenience. The ergonomics, keyboard layout and menu functionality was similar to my previous model and therefore I could set all parameters qucikly and easily. The sound clarity is great; while the volume adjustments for both sound and ringer are easy to set. I am extremely satisfied with the product. I might even buy a 2nd set now and put it in the closet to pull out in 10 years when this set stops working to my satisfaction. Let's see now... where's my credit card?
