I am not completely sure if this product is totally user friendly. Instructions are not very clear.

Only had the phone less than a month but so far, it works fine. Its a basic set up w/answering machine included which is what I wanted. The handset is much lighter than my previous phone (I have yet to use the extra handset included). Directions for use & set up are relatively simple.
