When I received this phone it was far more than I had expected. It's sleek and has all the features you would want. It has very clear audio (which is important to me),is easy to use, and the extra touch of another handset makes it the perfect phone. The price was extremely budget-friendly. Don't bypass this because it's "refurbished", it looks functions and is packaged just like a new phone and has the same guarantee. This is a great phone at a great price so don't hestitate in ordering it as you will be very happy with it.

Very pleased with all phases of this phone with the exception of not frequent enough beep when message is on answering machine. Light flashes, beeps softly each 15 sec. All other features are very good and I would buy it again.

works fine; only problem...takes a lot of steps to retrieve remote messages. ring tone good.

I recently purchased this phone system and overall have been pleased. It arrived from overstocked with typical postal speed. The phone did arrive with out one of the main cords. However, Overstocked has a very easy system where I was able to IM with a tech who was very helpful. You know right away what can be done to fix whatever problem you have. The phone was a perfect fit for us. Because of our location we sometimes experience hurricane weather so we needed a cord phone. I also wanted a cordless phone so this was a terrific option for us. For the price I couldn't beat it. We have has the phone for several weeks and noticed no major problems. Thank you overstocked!

I ordered this phone for my Mother who is older and was having a hard time seeing the numbers on her old phone. This phone is great; she loves the speaker phone and likes not having to hold the receiver while conversing. It was very easy to set up and worked immediately. It did require an overnight upgrade evidently because the voices sounded muffled the first evening I set it up and thought I would have to send it back, but the next morning the calls sounded fine, I was happy about that. Just the right phone for an older person, the sound quality is excellent. The display for incoming calls is excellent too.

The Uniden corded phone plus cordless handset are great. We had a little trouble at first getting the handset to ring correctly but we did get it to work. We already have another Uniden phone set and there may have been some interference but as of now they all are working great!

Easy to charge, great ringtone and clear reception. Purchased two other brands of phone and had numerous problems with handsets working sometimes and most likely not. Very pleased with this purchase.

the phone was shipped fast and received in good condition. The only problem is that I got it for my mother and as she is elderly it is not the best choice as it is very complicated to operate and program. good phone at a good price though overall.

"Sound is great". Super easy to setup. Makes placing a call by those who wear reading glasses (but can never seem to find em) a breeze. Answering machine part is very simple to use and the quality of the recorded message is excellent.
