The USB hub never worked. I have had this for about 6 months now. One fan hardly ever works.

I seldom write negative reviews for products I buy at Overstock, but this laptop cooler pad is a piece of junk. For starters, it didn't work. I plugged it into several USB ports on my laptop--the blue "power" light came on, but the fans did not. I even tried to adjust the "fan speed" dial, but that didn't work either. Tried it on my desktop PC's USB ports, too, but it didn't work there either. The plastic cover is flimsy, and the wires on the fan are actually visible! Don't buy it! Overstock's support team were excellent, though, and facilitated the return quickly, courteously, and efficiently.

It works very well, it has many little other features : usb ports and speed control it keep my laptop cool so it does its job

I have a HP laptop which generates a lot of heat from the video board. The cooling pad helps to reduce the heat and it works fine.

Set-up was a breeze and it works fine. I was concerned about overheating but not anymore.

This arrived and after I opened it, I knew I had made a mistake. It folds in half and there is no way to make it stay unfolded other that having it lay on a flat surface. It survived about a week before the plug into the fan portion bent and no longer works. Don't wast your money on this. Buy a brand name you can trust for a few bucks more.

sure it looks nice...and it's easy to install and it's quiet but it doesn't cool worth a darn.turned up on full you can barely feel the fans Do yourself a favor Buy a different cooler.

This thing works great. I love that is runs on USB power and has 4 extra USB ports. Great value and it has not missed a beat.
