Works wonderfully--one tip, when you insert the CD it won't run automatically, you must run it manually but everything else is a breeze. Works amazingly well with my cell phone!

This bluetooth does not have good instructions. After over 10 hours trying I still could still not link to my phone or my palm. (Yes they do have bluetooth and transmit back and forth). It is nice having this to transmit info and files, but it would be better if I knew how too.

Wow! What a poor product this is. I've had this product for two weeks and can't even get it installed on my computer. Searched the internet for ISSC Bluetooth solutions and found none. The installation CD, made by BlueSoleil or something, doesn't recognize the device and I can't find any solution for this problem either. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SPEND A LITTLE MORE FOR A BETTER PRODUCT!!!!!!! Certainly don't go for this one. I'd suggest overstock take this off of there site it's so poor.
