These batteries are rated at 1500 mAh, while the original Canon batteries are rated at only 1120mAh, which means they hold their charge a little longer than the originals. At only a tenth of the price of the original Canon batteries, how can you pass them up? After using them for several weeks, 6-8 hours each day, comparing them against the original Canon batteries I can definitely say I will never spend the money on the expensive Canon batteries again ... so I turned around and bought two more with a charger thrown in. I am very happy with them and definitely recommend them to people who wonder if they are as good as the original Canon batteries: in my opinion they are a little bit better and much, much less expensive. A much better deal!

I purchased these as back up for my camera. So far they have worked well and I have not had any problems with them. The lense cleaning pen does good at removing dust specks, not impressed with the cleaning pad though. Over all its a good deal.

When I first tried to order this item it was out of stock. I got an email when it was back in stock asking if I was still interested in placing an order. I ordered my item and got it faster than the estimated shipping date. I have not had any problems with the item yet but have only used on of the batteries so far.

This battery worked really well. I used it straight out of package and it still works after 2 weeks of usage. Battery fits well in the original Canon battery charger and charges fast. I really recommend this to anyone looking to add an extra battery to their camera kit. Go for it.
