I ordered the product and I it states universal. My son states it is not compatible with Xbox 1. Do I need to return the product or is there an adapter - audio controller plus (per my son) that I can order through overstock?
These were the best I've ever owned. It Knocks out all noise and the fit is perfect. But, over time the bands on both side broke. Would buy again if the band is made better.

Seem nice!! Bought these for my 14yr old son and he really likes them. Besides using them for gaming he uses them to practice his alto sax with computer software. The construction seems pretty solid and sound quality is good. My son likes them so I guess that's all that matters in the long run. Plus these are universal so he can use them with our WiiU console or gamepad or his PS3. Not to mention OS price and service are awesome!!! And very good price on the extended protection plan. At this point I'd highly recommend these.

Hello Steve M., to connect the headset or amplifier to a Xbox One Controller for chat, a 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable like the PS4 Talkback Cable is necessary. For older Xbox One Controllers that do not have a 3.5mm headset jack, a Headset Audio Controller (HAC) or Headset Audio Controller Plus (HAC Plus) is required.
