This product is easy to set-up and use and is very convenient and efficient when changes need to me made while driving. My old wireless iPod unit was a Griffin iTrip that required downloading a couple of hundred FM station settings and then if you traveled into an area that had a station interfering with your signal you had to search through your iPod folders and find and select the new signal number(not something done safely while driving). The iCruise lets you change the setting with the touch of a finger without setting the station on your iPod . . . WAY MORE CONVENIENT and SAFE! Plus my iPod sits conveniently in the holder where it's accessible and handy. A great product at a great price. Thanks!

the play button on my nano is tough to press when it is in the transmitter. it sets too far down in the socket of the transmitter. not made for the nano. plays music well though.

Tunes for iPod lets you play your iPod directly through your car's sound system. It comes with a set of programmable frequencies for your radio and you can hear your music with the same quality as if it was coming from your car sound system directly. It's easy to use, but bulky. The piece that connects to the lighter on your car's dashboard is too long, and when I connected it in my car, it interrupted the console's gear shift. If you have a bigger car or an SUV with enough space around your lighter connector, I highly recommend it. Not really great for compact cars.

I bought this product in September 2009 and I'm so glad I did. It works great, always transmits clearly and keeps my iPod charged up with no problem. I also bought a much more expensive unit at another famous chain, but I'm glad I saved my money! This does the same job for a lot less. My ONLY con is that its a little bulky, but not drastically. My cigarette lighter is closer to the passenger side, so I have to unplug the unit to change the playlist, but that's not really the manufacturer's fault.

This unit works GREAT - very good quality sound and ease of operation. Works better than a freinds $90.00 unit. The price was also very good.

I am very unhappy with this product. The sound is terrible, it cuts off in the middle of a song, when it s decides to work. I dont know if theres a shortage in this system or if its just bad. The first time I used it, it had a lot of static so I tried other stations, it didnt change. After awhile it started playing a little clearer, but the sound kept going from high to low and from one speaker to the other. At first I thought something was wrong with my Ipod, so I tried my other Ipod, it still didnt sound right. I even tried my daughters new Ipod, same thing. I am very disappointed because this product had great reviews, I thought I was getting a good deal on a great product. I even planned on getting one for my daughter to use in her car. I am wondering if the reviews were false or if I just got a bad one out of the batch, but either way this product is not good and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I just used the wireless car kit on a trip from Philadelphia to Virginia Beach and it was a real plus, good sound, easy to use and we set it once and never had to change it again. We had shopped around and saw prices of $75.00 to $120.00 so we were more than pleased with this purchase. Thanks Overstock.com.

This is a good value for the money. We actually have two of them. I don't have any problem with this product in my car, it works well and you can change to a different frequency if there is static. My daughter had trouble in her car, so I am inlclined to think it is not this wireless kit, but her connection. Sure saves on having all those CDs in the car!

Good quality for the money. My sons are pretty tough to please, and they both love theirs, as do I. The fact that the device holds the ipod in place is of great importance to me. My sons used to have to unsafely reach & search around the car when their ipods would slide around while using their old i-Trip device that was merely a cable.

I drive heavy trucks and the design of the unit has a lot to be desired. The side clamps do not hold the unit tight enough so every half-hour or so, the iPod disconnects form the unit (the plug in the bottom of the unit and the iPod disconnect). All they needed to do was have a clamp on the top and it would be perfect (to prevent the iPod from lifting out of the plug due to vibration. I have since modified the unit by putting a piece of 1/4" foam behind the iPod and an elastic band around the iPod and the unit, this holds the iPod tight enough to prevent disconnection between the iPod and the unit.

This thing is so easy to use and install. It fits any ipod, the only thing is my outlet is by my shifter and when I am in park, I have to move it to the side. Sometimes is comes unplugged, but you just have to wiggle it back in place.

I bought a different AM/FM transmitter at a store for about three times the price I paid for this one. I never got it to tune in to the radio without at least a little background static. This one always has pure sound. I go back and forth between two major cities that have a lot of different radio stations, but I have not yet experienced any radio interference. In fact, I haven't even had to switch the station on the device. I can hear my IPod playlists with good clarity and quality. Finally! I bought my husband one too.

Bought it for an anniversary gift for my husband at a good price. It was easy to use, and it played really well. Even used it out of town, and it played well the whole time, even in small towns with little reception. Definitely worth the buy.

My daughter drives an old car with a cassette deck. This was a really easy solution to allow her to use her iPod. Took about 30 seconds to adjust it to her car and show her how to use it. On a recent trip, we needed the dash 12 volts so we plugged it into the 12v source in the back seat door. Worked great from there.

Works great - good price. Could be a little smaller, but it is OK. Sound isnt crystal clear, but it works.

Good product. Simple to use, just put in your ipod and stick it into the cigarette lighter and works well. The part that goes into the cigarette lighter is about 3 1/4 inches. (Pretty long). Make sure you have enough room that it fits. Even though it is long, I drive on a pothole road quarter-mile each way to the main road and the setup does not come out, jiggle, or lose audio quality. Shipping is also quick. I live in California and I ordered it Sunday, got it that Friday.

I PURCHASE ONE OF THESE FROM OVERSTOCK.COM AND IT DOES NOT CHARGE THE IPOD LIKE FEATURES STATES. REALLY SOUNDS AND WORKS GREAT WITH MY IPODS BUT DISAPPOINTE IN THE CHARGING ASPECT. BATTERY IN IPOD WENT DEAD DURING PLAYING AND HAD TO RECHARGE IN HOUSE IPOD HOLDER. STILL A GOOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE IF YOU DONT MIND THE CHARGING ISSUE.
